The project involves the conversion of a portion of residence, used as a garage and services, in an independent portion for a single person. The project is based on the open space, every room isn't divided from the other, there is no presence of doors but only movable curtains that let light through.

The main room has the completely free perimeter walls, devoid of furniture and lighting, it is divided in two by a high cabinet free standing, with bi-facial library function, which also lets in light from the large window facing north. To respect the tight budget, sober and innovative materials are used, the floor is made of cork floating which is light and soundproofing.

The project is based on the open space, every room is divided from the other so hard, there is no presence of doors but only movable curtains that let light through.

    The main room has the completely free perimeter walls, devoid of furniture and lighting, is divided in two by a high cabinet free standing, with bi-facial library function, which also lets in light from the large window facing north. In order to respect the tight budget they are used sober and innovative materials, the floor is made of cork floating floor, light and soundproofing.
