The project was done for the owner of a urbanized land for private housing estate in the town of Legnaro. The project consists in a building block of nine residential units with different area apartments, from a small apartment to a south penthouse with three prevailing views.

The project consists in a white monolithic block, which is hollowed out to form the deep niches which draw longitudinal cuts on the body itself. At the main volume it is attached cantilevered balconies and spacious terraces that conform a zigurat plant, which allows the building and housing units, to better harness solar arc irradiation.
