The project involves the renovation of an apartment located in the historic center of Padova, the client has requested verification through processed planimetric and bill of quantities of the possibility of transformation of the interior in a large living area and three bedrooms.

The project, due to the limited budget, is designed to streamline the operation by reducing to a minimum the demolition and construction work. The intention is to identify two areas of similar size to be allocated to living and sleeping areas, ensuring the double facing east and west. Access is in a central area and forms a main axis of passage which orthogonally divides the living area and sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom and two single rooms.
