Name: PADUA C-MMXV
Year: 2015
Client: private
Location: Padova
Type: Residential
The intervention consists in the partial restructuring of rural outbuilding in the province of Padua. The project was developed in collaboration with the architect Carlo Salvagnin.
The building consists of two bodies of adjacent factory of different height and is divided in half, longitudinally, by masonry concrete that delimits two properties.
The restructuring concerns the lowest part of the building, called the time of construction as a stable. The structure is in masonry and the roof of reinforced concrete beams, with tie rods between the end walls. The project has the aim to keep the existing constructive nature, leaving the trapezoidal section generatrix with steel rods to view.
