The project aims to provide the commission with a preliminary elaborated in order to unlock private investment funds for the construction of a food and beverage center along the coast of brazzaville.

The concept is identified with the intention to open the space to the ocean with the arms which delimit the services area and the area served. The entrance hall communicating with the side street, welcomes guests from the parking area and makes them flow into the central area where there is a bar that serves as a pivot between two restaurant rooms, designed according to the customer target.
