The project aims to provide the commission with a preliminary elaborated in order to unlock private investment funds for the construction of a multifunctional center along the coast of brazzaville.

The client's request is the construction of a building of 5 floors with terrace: two shops on the ground floor, offices of different sizes on first and second floor and apartments from 50sqm to 150sqm on third and fourth floor.

The key point of the design is to provide the broadest view of the outside from all workstations, in each apartment a terrace-outdoor niche. The toilets are organized in a rational way, clustered in a central area and in continuity on different floors.
